Elevation Farmers Market is structured as a 22-week core season, running from early May through early October.

 

Weather permitting, the market may extend through the end of October.

If additional dates are added, current vendors will be offered the option to participate first, at the same weekly rate as their original sign-up. Participation in extended dates is optional and not required as part of the 22-week commitment.

These rates are designed to be accessible, fair, and supportive, especially in our first year.

 

Standard Vendor Booth 

Drop-In Rate

$40 per Friday (10’ x 10’)

$55 per Friday (10’ x 20’)

Best for occasional or trial participation

 

Monthly Vendor

$120 per month (4 Fridays) 10’ x 10’ ($30 per Friday)

$160 per month (4 Fridays) 10’ x 20’ ($40 per Friday)

Saves $40 - $60 month

Full-Season Vendor (Preferred)

$550 for the full season (May 1st – October 2nd )

Add-Ons (Optional)

  • Electricity: $30 per market (limited availability based on generators available)

  • Extra 10’ space: $15 per market

  • Featured Vendor Spotlight (social + signage): Included for seasonal vendors

 

Weather Extension Policy 

 

Elevation Farmers Market is an outdoor market and operates weather permitting.

 

In the event that favorable weather conditions allow the market to extend beyond the core season dates (May 1 – October 2, 2026), additional market dates may be offered through the end of October.

 

Participation in any extended dates is optional. Vendors who choose to participate will be invoiced at the same weekly rate as their original pricing tier.

 

Elevation Farmers Market reserves the right to modify market dates due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
